DeQuan Jones - Founder
DeQuan is a professional basketball player who began his career with the Orlando Magic in 2012. DeQuan currently plays For Lille Metropole in Lille, France following a successfull season in Japan and a Training Camp invitation from the Atlanta Hawks. Born in Livingston, Alabama and bred in Stone Mountain, Georgia, he is no stranger to adversity and miseducation. He is a firm believer that anything can be accomplished through hardwork and determination. DeQuan's favorite quote is "what we do in life echoes in eternity" and he hopes to leave his mark on society by helping youth to take flight towards a brighter future.
Allison Jones - Co-Founder
Allison graduated from the University of Miami in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and psychology and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in marriage and family counseling. She is passionate about helping millennial couples and individuals to plan, adapt, and ultimately, to flourish. Her hobbies include traveling the world alongside her husband and inspiring women to be well dressed, well educated, and well traveled on her blog, LiveLifeWell. She also co-hosts The Duo Podcast, which is dedicated to celebrating the generational differences between mothers and daughter and cultivating closer relationships between the two. Allison's favorite quote is "vision without action is a daydream, action without vision is a nightmare," and through the JetJones Foundation, she hopes to assist youth in planning for their futures and to provide them with the resources that they need to reach their goals
Originally from Dallas, TX, Kiara graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Finance and Management Science. She went on to pursue a career in Minnesota working as an Account Manager with Procter & Gamble before relocating to Atlanta, GA to become a Financial Analyst working for Georgia Pacific in 2014. Currently, she is a Certified Business Analyst Professional and General Manager of Salt & Kepler - a business analytics professional services company.

Cyndi Mathis was born and raised in Milledgeville, Georgia and studied psychology at Georgia College.
In 2010 Cyndi wrote and self published her first non-fiction book, Missing Pieces and is currently working on the sequel as well as other stories that she finds are pertinent in todays society. Priding herself at being extremely organized and transparent as a mother and as a motivational speaker Cyndi is excited to use
those organizational skills as well as her transparency to help others find their voice. She believes that by sharing her own personal struggles it may strike a cord in someone else and lead them towards their path to success.

Atlanta native, Brittany discovered her passion early on was to creatively cultivate ways to highlight the positive and uplifting spirit of her culture. While attending Georgia State University, Brittany focused on the field of journalism and mass marketing while striving to develop stories of interest that would develop a better sense of the realities of her generation versus the unimportant less factual stereotypes that plagued her culture. Her hobbies include traveling the world and finding what connects people internationally. Her goal is to discover the impact that traveling can have on the mind while helping people to understand the similarities between people worldwide. Irene is a human resources manager with over 10 years of progressive experience in human resource management. Her professional experiences include training/employee development, organizational development and employee relations. She is currently the Human Resource Officer for B.A.H. Express, Inc. where she is responsible for the HR support for over 250 employees. Irene is a passionate reader and an avid runner who wants to insure that everyone receives a equal opportunity to excel .

CoCo grew up in Macon, Georgia where she learned the importance of philanthropy at an early age working alongside her grandmother, who pioneered a call to action in the early 1990s by founding a non-profit that worked to fight the AIDS epidemic. CoCo’s professional background includes over twenty years’ experience in the legal field. She currently works as a paralegal for Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP in the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group. Her exposure to entertainment law and her detail-oriented personally lead CoCo to explore the field of event planning where she has been instrumental over the years in orchestrating numerous celebrity events, corporate meetings and political fundraisers.
One of CoCo’s favorite mantras is the simple notion shared by American Lawyer Robert Ingersoll who stated “We rise by lifting others.”
