The Charles A. Mathis Jr. Scholarship Fund,  established in honor of our co-founders late father/father-in-law, will provide assistance to cover college application fees for graduating seniors applying to accredited colleges and universities. The recipients of the scholarship will be selected based on the applicants’ demonstration of the values that Charles upheld himself as a student and, later, as a professional: academic success, community involvement, communication skills, and an ability to build and maintain relationships with peers, role models, and superiors. This scholarship will not only enable us to continue to share and celebrate Charles’ legacy, but it is also in line with the JetJones Foundation’s mission to provide the youth with the resources that they need to succeed.

We select recipients for the Charles A. Mathis Jr. Scholarship Fund this fall, and it is our goal to assist at least 6 high school students annually to help make their college dreams a reality. If you would like to donate to the scholarship fund, you can do so here.
